1. Definitions

3. User Name and Password

6. Refund Policy - Electronic Downloadable Documents

6.1 Compliance Management Solutions offers a fee-based downloadable document library for the convenience of our members. Electronic documents purchased through Compliance Management Solutions's document library are by nature deemed immediately delivered and non-returnable, or refundable.

6.2 Any dispute related to purchases of electronic documents may only be resolved by the issuance of credit in the full amount to be applied towards other purchases to be made on the Compliance Management Solutions Web site. Requests for credit must be made in writing to service@compliance24-7.com and received within 5 business days of document purchase. Where a credit is issued, purchasers will have to affirm in writing that they have destroyed the original document and have not saved the document in any file format or in any electronic or print media. This is subject to all vendor copyright.

6.3 No refunds of purchases will be offered under any circumstances, unless there is evidence of a failure in the technology relating to the credit card payment system. It remains the sole discretion of Compliance Management Solutions to determine if the failure warrants a refund.

6.4 Any abuses of this policy as determined at the sole discretion of Compliance Management Solutions may lead to a denial of credit or complete termination of access to this service.

6.5 Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.

7. Refund Policy - Other Vendors

7.1 Occasionally, following links on Compliance Management Solutions may lead you, the member, out of our site and into another company's Web site. Compliance Management Solutions has no control over, nor any responsibility for, refund or privacy policies of any other organization.
